The In-House Technical Training Program is EMR’s in-house training initiative designed to address the growing shortage of skilled technical workers across the country.

Key Programs: In-House Technical Training

The purpose of the In-House Technical Training Program is to develop fully functional service technicians. The program is structured to accommodate varying levels of technical experience through three defined categories:

Build-A-Tech (BAT)

Entry-level participants with little to no technical experience.

Intermediate Technician (IT)

Individuals with some trade experience who are not yet ready to perform service calls independently.

Accelerated Technician (AT)

Technicians with sufficient trade experience to perform service calls independently.
